Dr. Suman Paul, holds a PhD (Feb. 2022 on Networking) from MALAUT, WB, India is currently serving as an Assistant Professor, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Haldia Institute of Technology, West Bengal, India, interests in Computer Network, machine learning based approaches in next generation communication network, edge computing, applications of soft computing techniques in networking and IIoT in real-time use cases. Professor Paul worked as associate researcher in the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta in a project on Zigbee based wireless sensor network, funded by DIT, Govt. of India. He is a regular reviewer of SCIE/Scopus indexed journals. Dr. Paul has published books on Mobile Ad Hoc Network, Co-Edited books on Springer Series, research articles in science citation indexed, Scopus indexed journals of repute, book chapters of Springer and presented papers in IEEE International conferences and granted patents to his credit. He was the joint convener
of the International Conference and C0-chair of ICCDC 2019 and ICCDC 2025, respectively held at Haldia, India. Dr. Paul a member of IE(I), IAENG, Machine Intelligence Research Labs, USA and qualified Cisco Certified Network Associate.
